Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Associate Member of ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India)
- Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in:
- Drafting agenda, minutes, official letters
- Conducting Board/Committee/AGM meetings
- Statutory compliances under Companies Act
(Internship/Training not counted)
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 29 years (as on 31.12.2025)
Age Relaxation
- OBC (NCL): +3 years
- SC/ST: +5 years
- PwBD: As per Govt. rules
- Ex-Servicemen: As per Govt. rules
- POWERGRID contract employees: Relaxation up to 5 years
Salary & Benefits
Selected candidates will receive:
- Monthly Salary: ₹30,000 – 1,20,000 (IDA)
- Initial Basic Pay: ₹30,000/-
- Annual CTC: Around ₹9.96 Lakhs
- Perks: 35% of Basic Pay
- HRA, DA, PF, Gratuity, Insurance
- Retention Bonus: ₹20,000 every 6 months
- Medical Coverage: OPD & Insurance up to ₹5 Lakhs
