Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess relevant qualifications such as:
- B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc (Engineering) in relevant discipline
- MBA / PG Diploma (HR, Materials, Finance)
- CA / CMA (Finance & Accounts)
- M.Sc (Chemistry) (Chemical Lab)
- Degree in Pharmacy with valid registration
- MCA / B.Tech (CS/IT) for IT posts
All qualifications must be full-time regular with minimum 60% marks (except CA/CMA).
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 4 to 26 years of post-qualification executive experience depending on the post.
- Experience must be in Fertilizer / Chemical / Petrochemical / Power / Manufacturing industries.
