Educational Qualification

Scientist/Engineer SD

• PhD in relevant discipline
• OR
• M.E./M.Tech/M.Sc (Engg)/MS with 60% marks or CGPA 6.5
• OR
• B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg) with 65% marks or CGPA 6.84

Scientist/Engineer SC

• M.E./M.Tech with 60% marks or CGPA 6.5
• OR
• B.E./B.Tech with 65% marks or CGPA 6.84
• For Science posts: M.Sc/B.Sc as specified in notification

Age Limit (as on 12 February 2026)

Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen as per Government rules.
