Exim Bank Management Trainee Recruitment 2026 notification has been officially released by the Export-Import Bank of India (Exim Bank). The bank has invited online applications for 40 Management Trainee (Banking Operations) posts on direct recruitment basis. Eligible Indian citizens can apply online from 17 January 2026 to 01 February 2026 through the official website.
Candidates holding MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS (Finance / IB / Foreign Trade) or CA qualification are eligible for this recruitment. Selection will be done through Written Examination and Personal Interview.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must fulfill both Graduation and Post-Graduation requirements:
- Graduation:
- Minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA
- Full-time course of minimum 3 years
- Post-Graduation:
- MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS with specialization in Finance / International Business / Foreign Trade
OR - Chartered Accountant (CA) – Passing of professional examination is sufficient (ICAI membership mandatory)

🔹 Final year PG / CA candidates appearing in January 2026 are also eligible.
🔹 Degrees obtained through distance / correspondence / part-time mode are NOT eligible.

Salary / Stipend
- During Training (1 Year): ₹65,000 per month (Stipend)
- After Absorption:

Pay Scale: ₹48,480 – 85,920 (as per IBA 12th Bipartite Settlement) - Additional allowances, perks, housing & loan facilities applicable as per bank rules.
