Eligibility Criteria & Qualification
1. AVP – Fire, Safety & Security (E6 Grade)
Educational Qualification:
- Full-time Engineering degree in Fire OR
- Full-time Engineering degree in Safety OR
- Full-time Engineering degree with PG Diploma in Fire/Safety
Experience:
- 18 years total, with minimum 5 years in Large Hydrocarbon Sector / Process Plants / Fertilizer Plants / Manufacturing Plants (₹500 Cr turnover)
- OR 5 years mixed experience + 2 years managerial role
Maximum Age:
- 45 years (extendable up to 51 years) based on hydrocarbon experience as per official table
Senior Officer – Fire (E1 Grade)
Educational Qualification:
- Engineering degree in Fire OR
- Engineering degree + Degree/Diploma in Fire OR
- Full-time engineering degree with min. % requirement
Experience:
- 2 years in Firefighting management in
Hydrocarbon sector / Process Plants / Fertilizer Plants / Heavy Industry / Manufacturing (₹500 Cr) - Or 2 years only in Hydrocarbon sector
- Knowledge of Gujarati language is required
Maximum Age:
- 27 years

- AVP: 45–51 years (experience-based relaxation)
- Senior Officer – Fire: 27 years
- Category-wise relaxation as per Government norm
