Technical Posts: Full-time Engineering Degree (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Naval Architecture / Civil) with minimum 60% marks
HR Posts: Graduate + PG Degree/Diploma in HR / Personnel Management / IR / Labour Welfare
Finance Post: Graduate with CA / CMA (ICAI / ICWAI)
Safety Post: Engineering Degree + Diploma in Industrial Safety
Consultant Post: Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering
