Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Degree in Engineering with 65% marks in relevant discipline.
- SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates require 55% marks.
- Eligible disciplines include:

- Maximum Age: 28 Years

SAIL MTT Salary 2025
- Basic Pay: ₹50,000/- (E1 Grade during training)
- After training → Assistant Manager (E1 Grade)
- Pay Scale: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000/-
- CTC: Approx. ₹16–17 Lakhs per annum
Includes DA, HRA, PF, Gratuity, Medical benefits, and other allowances.
