The Government of Gujarat has released the official notification for the Sardar Patel Good Governance CM Fellowship Program 2026-27, implemented by the Hon’ble Chief Minister to promote innovative, efficient, and modern approaches in governance. Eligible young professionals can apply online from 01 November 2025 to 15 December 2025 (11:59 PM) on the SPIPA official website. Eligibility / Educational Qualification
As per the official GR:
- SSC (10th) – Minimum 60%
- HSC (12th) – Minimum 60%
- Graduation – Minimum 60%
- Higher preference to graduates/postgraduates from National Premier Institutes (IIT/IIM/IISc, AIIMS, NLU, IARI etc.)
- Candidates with International University degree should enter details in the form
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Government/Private organization (if available)
- Applicants must write a 1000–1200 word Personal Statement without using special characters
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: Not more than 35 years as on 15 December 2025
Salary / Stipend
- Monthly Stipend: ₹1,00,000/-
- LTA (Leave Travel Allowance): ₹10,000/- per month
