Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification

- B.Sc (PCM/Industrial Chemistry) for Chemical Trades
- Matric + ITI (Fitter) for Fitter
- B.Sc (PCM) for Boiler
- Diploma (Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation) for Technician Apprentices
- B.A/B.Sc/B.Com for Secretarial Assistant
- B.Com for Accountant
- Class XII pass for DEO (Fresher/Skill Certificate Holder)
- Skill certificate required for DEO Skill Candidate
Note: Only regular full-time courses accepted.
Age Limit (as on 30.11.2025)
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 24 years
Relaxation as per rules:
- SC/ST: +5 years
- OBC (NCL): +3 years
- PwBD: +10 years

Stipend (Salary)
As per Apprentices Act 1961 & IOCL guidelines.
- Stipend will be paid monthly as per rules.
- PPE (Safety shoes and helmet) will be provided for certain trades.

Selection Process
- No Written Exam
- Selection based on:
✔ Percentage of marks in qualifying exam
✔ Preference to first-time apprentices
✔ Age (in case of tie)
Document Verification + Medical Fitness required for final selection.
